We want you to love your purchase from Temily. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date by following the steps below:
How to Initiate a Return

Submit a Return Request: Complete the Return Form on our website to begin your return process. Our Customer Care team will review your request and send a Return Authorization (RA) via email within 1 business day.

Prepare Your Return: Ensure the item(s) are in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

Follow Provided Instructions: Once you receive your RA, our Customer Care team will guide you through the return process.
Return Processing & Refunds

Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

If your return does not meet our requirements, it will be sent back to you, and a refund will not be issued.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. You will receive a Refund Confirmation email once your return has been processed.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
Temily covers return shipping costs for orders from the following locations: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and select other regions.
For locations not listed above, customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipment after receiving their RA and return instructions.
Refund Timelines
Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary:

Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB): Typically 3–7 business days.

PayPal & Apple Pay: Processing time depends on your provider.

ShopPay: Refunds may take additional processing time based on your bank’s policies.
