Orders from TEMILY.COM are processed and dispatched directly from our NYC studio. 

We are often able to provide expedited shipping for an additional cost. If your order is particularly time-sensitive please reach out to our Client Service team directly to enquire about what options are available to your delivery location. 

Once an order has been dispatched and is with the respective shipping company / courier we are unable to intercept it and/or reroute to a change of address. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes at this time.

US DOMESTIC

We offer complimentary standard shipping within the continental US. 

Expedited shipping (2 or 3-day depending on your delivery location) is available for $25 on most styles and $35 on Tiered Gowns due to their size and packaging requirements.

NYC

We are often able to offer expedited delivery options within the Manhattan and Brooklyn area. Depending on your location, these options can include next-day or same-day delivery along with hand-courier in some situations. Please reach out to our Client Service team to enquire. 

INTERNATIONAL 

We offer free international shipping on orders over USD $1000 (approximately £736). For orders under this amount, standard shipping is available at a flat rate of USD $20 (≈ £15) for lightweight items, and USD $35 (≈ £26) for larger or heavier pieces such as gowns.

For customers in the United Kingdom, all orders are shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) — meaning that all customs duties and VAT are included in the product price, with no additional charges upon delivery.
