Shipping Methods & Costs

Express Shipping is available in the continental U.S. only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Processing & Delivery Times

• The delivery window begins once your order is picked up by the carrier

• Shipping times may vary based on location, carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances.

• Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages.

International Shipping

• International orders are subject to shipping fees, duties, and taxes, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Depending on your country, customs authorities may require additional information for clearance. If contacted by the carrier, please provide the requested details to avoid delays.

• If you do not provide the necessary information, your package may be returned to our warehouse.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking details.

• Registered customers can track their order status via the My Orders page.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories. Orders placed with these addresses will be canceled.

• Shipping services may be temporarily unavailable during national holidays in the U.S.
